Wujia courtyard is the fifth batch of provincial cultural relic protection units in Hebei Province. It is a traditional large-scale official residence with four roads, three roads and two entrances in the north. It is a large-scale and high-level ancient building complex in Guangfu ancient city. It contains more than ten thousand precious cultural relics. It has high historical value and artistic aesthetic value. &"Wu family courtyard" not only has magnificent buildings, but also has a strong "Wu Culture". It is also the birthplace of martial Taijiquan.
According to reports, during the reign of Daoguang and Xianfeng in the Qing Dynasty, the three brothers of the Wu family became great masters under the education of their mother, Mrs. Zhao Tai. Wu Qingqing, whose name is Qiuying, is a Jinshi in the second year of Xianfeng. There is a stele of the imperial edict of the emperor Tongzhi of the Qing Dynasty to confer the Emperor Wu Qingqing and his wife the imperial edict. Wu Ruqing, a Jinshi in the 20th year of Daoguang, was awarded the second grade with Hualing. He recommended Yang LuChen to teach Boxing at Duanwang mansion in Beijing, which opened the chapter of Taijiquan spread at home and abroad. He is the author of Taijiquan conclusion and other manuscripts. Wu Heqing, with the name of Yuxiang and Gongsheng, was the first scholar to practice boxing. He founded martial Taijiquan and became a master of Taiji. &"Taijiquan" is the first name of Wu Yuxiang. He also broke the old rule that "boxing does not pass on another surname", which shows the broad mind of Wu's Taiji Culture.
